Kolkata → Siliguri (NH12/NH27)4-lane highway through Malda. Stops: Raiganj (fuel), Islampur (dhabas). Tolls ₹800. Watch trucks.
Siliguri → ManeybhanjangTea gardens → Pine forests → Jeep track from 2,200m. Attractions: Jaldhaka Viewpoint, Oodlabari tea estates, Chalsa forest checkpost. Adventure bikes recommended.
Sandakphu SummitLand Rover only (₹2,500). Must-see: Kanchenjunga Viewpoint, Batasia Loop, Tumling sunset point. Cold: carry thermals.
